Here at The Knitwear Store we believe in providing you with a quality item with that touch of fashion however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging or something similar.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How To Return?
1. Find the Packing Slip - Complete the form printed on the packing slip that came with your order
2. Prepare the Package - Include the item, receipt, and packing slip. Use the original packaging or something similar.
3. Attach the Shipping Label . If you haven’t received a return slip or may have misplaced it then not to worry – click the link below to print out a new one.
4. Ship Us Your Package - Take the package to a courier and it’s all done.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you by email on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 10 working days or depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping items over £50, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

An exchange service is offered to all our UK customers. All items returned to us will be processed within 10 days of being received. Exchanges are subject to availability of stock and can only be offered for items that are the same item in either a different colour or size. We do not offer exchanges for different items.
Any exchanges will be sent to the original delivery address unless otherwise stated in the returned parcel. Delivery costs will be paid by the customer.
All international exchanges will be processed as a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
