WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment for all products must be by Credit or Debit Card. We accept payment with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Electron and Laser Card. We also accept payments via PayPal.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have 21 calendar days to Return An Item from the date you received it.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, be in the original packaging or something similar and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW LONG TILL I GET A REFUND?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email.
Once approved, we will initiate a Refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 10 working days or depending on your card issuer's policies.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Whilst delivering your item is important to us some delays can be inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
If you still haven't received your item we offer a Track Your Parcel service to help find exactly where it is.
